Your skills:
- Completed commercial training or degree
- Several years of professional experience as a key account manager in sales, with proven sales success
- Structured, result-oriented, independent and transparent way of working
- Good analytical skills, customer orientation and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
- Fluent English language skills for negotiation and discussion
- Distinctive technical competence paired with commercial understanding
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Your tasks:
- Acquisition of key account customers as well as the support and expansion of existing customers
- Expansion of existing business relationships through active relationship management in order to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
- Monitoring of target achievement as well as initiation and implementation of measures in the event of target deviations
- Continuous analysis of customer needs, market requirements and competitive developments
- Interface between our key account customers and internal specialist departments
- Sales and budget responsibility (including the creation of plans)
- Fulfillment of administrative tasks and reporting
